These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of services by DigiDynamix (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
DigiDynamix provides services including, but not limited to:

Website updates and maintenance

Basic SEO and optimization

Business email setup and configuration

Social media assistance related to website services
All services are provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

All work is carried out according to the agreed scope.

Any additional requests, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or new features will be considered extra work

Additional work will be quoted separately and billed accordingly
-
Work will only proceed once the client approves the additional cost
We are not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without confirmation.

The client agrees to:

Provide all required content, information, and access (e.g. images, login details, branding) in a timely manner

Ensure all provided materials are accurate and legally owned or permitted for use
-
Respond to communication and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

A deposit may be required before work begins
-
The remaining balance must be paid as agreed (milestones or completion)
-
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

All deposits are non-refundable

Once a service, package, or project has been completed or delivered, it is non-refundable, regardless of business performance or user engagement
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

DigiDynamix provides professional services aimed at improving your online presence. However:

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Increased sales
-
Website traffic
-
Business growth
-
We are not responsible for the performance or success of your business, website, or marketing outcomes
Business performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed package
-
Excessive or additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately

Upon full payment, the client will have rights to the final website/design deliverables

DigiDynamix reserves the right to:

Showcase completed work in our portfolio

Use work for marketing purposes
-
We may integrate or work with third-party platforms (e.g. hosting, email providers, analytics tools).

We are not responsible for outages, issues, or changes from third-party services
-
Any associated costs (subscriptions, domains, plugins, etc.) remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Where access is provided to client systems (e.g. website backend, email, social media):

Access will be used strictly for service delivery

We will not misuse or share credentials
-
Access may be removed upon completion or termination of services

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DigiDynamix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes (but is not limited to):

Loss of revenue
-
Loss of data
-
Business interruption
Use of our services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to:
-
Refuse or terminate services if necessary

Suspend work due to non-payment or breach of terms
Any work completed up to termination remains payable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
