Hosting is included with Wix Premium. Domain and hosting subscriptions can be paid monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
While unused time doesn’t carry over, your plan still ensures your website remains updated, secure, and backed up. Most clients request small changes periodically.
You can move between plans as your business needs changes. For example, when you expand your product range or start serving more customers.
DigiDynamix’s Support plans are mainly for existing clients, though we can occasionally take on external Wix sites after an initial audit and one-time clean-up.
Ads management is separate. These plans focus on keeping your website or store healthy, while DigiDynamix can quote for ads support through the Service Inquiry Form.
The easiest way is to send a WhatsApp voice note or message with screenshots and details. Email works too. DigiDynamix will confirm what’s needed and schedule the updates.
